1-  PERSONAL PRONOUNS

Personal pronouns replace nouns and indicate who performs or receives an action.

 I, YOU, HE, SHE, IT, WE, THEY

Grammar :  Use subject pronouns before the verb: She is my friend.

2. REFLEXIVE PRONOUNS

Reflexive pronouns are used when the subject and the object are the same person or

 thing.( se utilizan cuando el sujeto y el objeto son la misma persona )

MYSELF, YOURSELF, HIMSELF, HERSELF, ITSELF,OURSELVES, YOURSELVES, THEMSELVES

STRUCTURE
Subject + verb + reflexive pronoun.

Example: She looked at herself in the mirror

Demonstratives indicate people or things according to distance and number.( indican

4. POSSESSIVE ADJECTIVES

Possessive adjectives indicate who owns or possesses something. 

( Indican quién es el dueño o quién posee algo)

They are always followed by a noun.( siempre son seguidos por un nombre)

Important:
Possessive adjectives come before a noun.( los adjetivos posesivos van antes

WH QUESTIONS SON UN GRUPO DE PREGUNTAS QUE SE CARACTERIZAN PORQUE

 EN SU NOMBRE TIENEN LAS LETRAS "WH-" AL INICIO, EXCEPTO POR UNO DE SUS

  • Why : por qué

WHAT

What» es la palabra de pregunta más común en el inglés, 

 Puede referirse a un objeto, una idea o una acción. En

 español, puede significar «qué» o «cuál».

What is that? – Qué es eso?

What time is it? – Qué hora es?

What’s your name? – Cuál? 

WHERE

Esta palabra se utiliza para preguntar información sobre un lugar. En español,


 «where» significa «dónde».

Where is the park? – Dónde está el parque?

Where is the teddy bear? – Dónde está el osito de peluche?

WHO

Who» significa «quién» y se utiliza para preguntar información sobre una persona.

Who is she? – Quién es ella?

Who is your teacher? – Quién es tu profesor/a?

WHEN

Si quieres  saber sobre un momento en específico, puede usar la palabra de

 pregunta «when«, la cual significa «cuándo»

When are we leaving? – Cuándo nos vamos?

When do you go to school? – Cuándo vas a la escuela?

WHY

«Why» significa «por qué», y se usa para preguntar la razón o propósito de algo.

Why are you learning English? – Por qué estás aprendiendo inglés?

Why are there clouds in the sky? – Por qué hay nubes en el cielo?

WHICH

«Which» es la palabra adecuada para preguntar sobre elecciones u opciones.

 Significa «cuál».

Which one do you like: the blue car or the green car? – Cuál prefieres: el coche azul o el coche verde?
Which one of these dresses is yours? – Cuál de estos vestidos es tuyo?

WHOSE

«Whose» se usa para preguntar y hablar de posesiones o pertenencias, y  significa «de quién».

Whose book is this? – De quién es este libro?

Whose house is it? – De quién es esta casa?

HOW

Si bien «how» no comienza por wh- también es parte de las palabras de

 pregunta, incluso es una de las más usadas. Significa «cómo».

How are you? – Cómo estás?

How was your lunch? – Cómo estuvo tu comida?
